Webtrack

 Our Webtrack facility allows you to establish the exact current status of any order whether it is airfreight, seafreight, or an import.
 A fully comprehensive report may easily be downloaded for local printing.
 User name and unique password provide full security.
 Web Track substantially reduces communication costs and provides real time information at the click of a mouse.

Instructions for use

1. Click on the link above to enter the Webtrack login screen
2. Enter your user name and password
3. The next screen is Track individual Consignment
4. Insert specific details if known, or select Search Screen
5. This will bring up the Search Criteria box, with many different options, but we recommend initially that you select Search
6. You will now see the results of the search and you may view each record by selecting the View for Details button to the left of the record.

It's as simple as that, and of course it's available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
